Know Your Rites

**These Five Tibetan Rites, as pictorially depicted by limited mobility dolls, are meant to be REMINDERS for practitioners who are already familiar with the Rites.  If you are new to the Rites, please see a more detailed explanation, such as from the book ‘Ancient Secret of the Fountain of Youth’ by Peter Kelder, or the many videos available on the internet for a complete description.  As with everything, there are many different interpretations and presentations available of the same material, some of which may draw or speak to you – go where it safely takes you.

Just as meditation is a Chakral cleaner, so too are The Five Tibetan Rites.  These are good general exercises to strengthen and open all the chakras, but certain Rites target specific chakras, as noted below.

Rite 1 – Beneficial to ALL chakras, but particularly, 7, 6, 4, 1.  Doing #1 daily can spark a process of rejuvenation for the entire body.

Rite 2  – Beneficial to 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 5th chakras – Has a restorative effect on the thyroid gland, the adrenals, the kidneys, the organs of the digestive system, and the sexual organs and glands.

Rite 3 – Beneficial to 2nd, 3rd, 5th chakras – Increases your general sense of vitality and energy.  Has a rejuvenating effect on the thyroid, adrenals, kidneys, all digestive organs, and the sexual organs and glands.  It tones and strengthens the abdomen, tones the diaphragm, deepens breathing and releases muscle tension in the lower back and neck, alleviating pain and stiffness in those areas.

Rite 4 – Beneficial to 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, and 5th chakras – Has an invigorating effect on the thyroid gland, digestive system, the sexual organs and glands including the uterus and prostate, circulation, and lymphatic flow.

Rite 5 – Beneficial to ALL chakras, and similar to the 1st and 3rd Rite, this Rite has a rejuvenating effect on the thyroid gland, adrenals, kidneys, all organs of the digestive system, and the sexual organs and glands, including the uterus and prostate.  It promotes improved circulation positively impacting the immune, stimulates deeper breathing, energy and vitality.  It also tones the abdomen, heart muscle, and diaphragm, strengthens the abdomen, legs, and arms, and helps with lower back pain as well as leg and neck stiffness.
